The Teach Ag Signing Day is a highlight of the annual Minnesota FFA State Convention each April, where we proudly celebrate the next generation of agriculture, food, and natural resources (AFNR) educators. This event recognizes students committed to pursuing Agricultural Education as their career path, helping to ensure the continued growth and success of AFNR education in Minnesota.
Celebrate Future Agriculture Teachers
Help identify students who are committed to teaching Agricultural Education that are beginning a Teacher Education program in Fall of 2025 (most will be high school seniors, however students changing majors or transferring can also be recognized). We will be recognizing these students at the Teach Ag Signing during the Minnesota FFA Convention on April 29, 2025. They will have an opportunity to be recognized onstage during the session and officially sign their commitment certificate while getting photographed. Please complete this form by April 7.
Supporting the Path to Teaching Agriculture
The Teach Ag Signing Day also draws attention to the critical need for passionate educators in agriculture, food, and natural resources (AFNR). Minnesota Teach Ag provides mentorship, resources, and pathways to success for students as they prepare for careers in teaching. By empowering these future leaders, we strengthen the pipeline of educators who will inspire the next generation to embrace AFNR innovation and leadership.
